Wayne Reilly – Director & Principal Consultant
Wayne Reilly is an engineer, scientist and safety practitioner with 30 years continuous Health, Safety, Environment and Quality experience across resources, construction, energy and aerospace sectors. Wayne had a distinguished 15-year career in the Royal Australian Air force as an aircraft engineer, manager, national aerospace assessor and as the principal adviser for ground safety for air combat group. For the last 15 years, Wayne has held senior leadership positions in large complex organisations and provided consulting services in safety, leadership development and compliance to a variety of operations across the globe.
Wayne has led safety and governance on some of the world’s most iconic infrastructure projects; and contributed to the global code of practice on OHS in open cast mines and guidelines for critical control management. He has earned a reputation as a global expert in safety management systems, critical risk control and regulatory compliance.
